Each family is required to volunteer one position per family for 3 of 7 meets. 

How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

Athlete RSVP's will open at the beginning of the season (you can choose to RVSP your swimmer(s) for multiple or all meets at once, or to RSVP them as each meet approaches).
An athlete RSVP deadline will be announced prior to each meet in order to allow our coaches to create each meet lineup. Coaches are under strict, league-enforced deadlines for meet entries. Meet entries are incredibly complex and time-consuming, the deadlines are critical to protect our coaches and athletes! Our coaches love our swimmers and work hard on and behind the scenes to make sure each swim meet facilitates the best possible experience for your swimmers, please work with them by RSVP-ing your athletes on time! 

Job sign-ups will open on a rolling basis according to meet date proximity. Job slots are first-come first-serve, if you have a preference it's best to sign up early! If you have limited availability, please reach out and we can sign you up for specific meets in advance. Our swim team runs on volunteers, we're so thankful for your help in making swim meets be wonderful experiences and memories for our swimmers! 

Job Signup: 

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.

Swimmer Signup: 

Please sign in or out for each swim meet. The coaches will use this information to make the heat sheets for the swim meets, so it's important to have accurate attendance information!

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
  • (undeclared) 
  • Attending
  • Not Attending
  • If your athlete might arrive late to a swim meet, please let our coaches know! This can impact relays, and therefore other athlete's ability to compete.
  • Please feel free to leave notes about your athlete for our coaches! Any questions can also be brought to coaches before or after practices, or via email. Written format is usually easier for coaches to keep track of! 

• Click Save to record your choices.

This content can be easily deleted as you create your own content: go to Manage Site > Edit Page Content and click on the pencil icon in the upper right corner of each snippet.
